The Benefits of Habit Tracking

 

The best way to determine where you will be in 5 years, is to review the habitual actions and choices you make now.

It is the small, repetitive actions we take on a regular basis that make up the building blocks of our life and determine whether we are living a successful or Inspired Life.

As a coach, I’ve learned that most people have no idea how they REALLY spend their time; and wonder why their life isn’t as they hope it to be. Through habit tracking, I teach my clients BOTH how to evaluate where they currently are AND how to successfully integrating new, desired habits in a fun and effective way.
